L1 Technical Support (IT Help Desk) 🚨
🔹 Position: L1 Technical Support / IT Help Desk
🔹 Experience: Minimum 6 months in IT Help Desk / Technical Support
🔹 Freshers: Can apply if you have fluent English communication and good technical knowledge
🔹 Qualification: Graduate
💻 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Provide Level 1 technical support via calls, chat, and email
✔ Troubleshoot basic system, software, and network issues
✔ Log, track, and manage support tickets efficiently
✔ Follow SOPs for issue resolution and escalation
✔ Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 teams
✔ Deliver excellent customer support and communication
🛠 Required Skills:
✅ Good spoken & written English communication
✅ Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking basics
✅ Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
✅ Comfortable working in an international process environment
🕒 Shift Timings:
• 2:00 AM 11:00 AM
OR
• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)
