🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven State Manager to lead loan sourcing efforts in your assigned state. The role involves direct sourcing of customers and Acquire and manage a local network of IBOs to generate Housing and MSME loan business. You’ll act as a state-level business owner responsible for driving disbursement targets, ensuring quality sourcing, and developing local partnerships.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sourcing of Home Loans, Business Loan, LAP and MSME Loans across cities and semi-urban areas in your state.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a network of IBOs and local channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly disbursement and portfolio growth targets.
  • Ensure compliance, documentation quality, and policy adherence.
  • Coordinate with credit, operations, and technology teams for smooth processing.
  • Build local DSAs, property brokers, and field agent relationships.
  • Regular field visits, team reviews, and market intelligence gathering.

 

 

 

 

✅ Ideal Candidate

  • 7-13 yrs+ years of experience in Housing Loan, PL/BL/LAP or MSME lending (NBFC, fintech, or bank).
  • Strong local network in your state’s Tier 2/3 cities.
  • Experience in sourcing Loans from Direct customers in the existing territory
  • Experience in building channel or field sales teams.
  • Understanding of loan documentation, credit norms, and disbursement flow.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial attitude, and strong leadership skills.
