Retail Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our showroom, helping clients transform their living spaces with our premium range of window treatments. Beyond driving sales, you will manage the end-to-end customer experience, from initial consultation to final billing.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Greet and guide customers through our collections, offering expert advice on fabric, style, and functionality to match their home aesthetic.

Sales Excellence: Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that elevate the appeal of their interior spaces.

Billing & Transactions: Accurately manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, generate invoices, and process payments efficiently.

Order Tracking: Coordinate with the warehouse or tailoring team to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills

Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and close sales confidently.

Computer Literacy: Proficiency in basic computer usage, including email, web browsing, and retail software/billing systems.

Detail Oriented: High accuracy in handling measurements, pricing calculations, and inventory data.

Experience: Prior experience in retail sales or the home decor industry is a plus, but a passion for design and a quick learning curve are equally valued.
