Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing team
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments
- Oversee GeM portal operations, tender participation, and bidding strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) for smooth execution
