Senior Billing Engineer

Prepare and submit RA bills, final bills, and client invoices as per project progress.

Measure work executed at site and verify quantities with drawings and BOQ.

Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and documentation.

Prepare BOQ comparisons, rate analysis, and variation claims.

Maintain proper records for GST, work orders, and contracts.

Ensure all billing complies with contract terms and project specifications.

Monitor payments, outstanding dues, and reconciliation of client ledger.

Follow up for certifications and payment releases.

Assist in cost control and budget tracking.

Use tools like Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems for billing and reporting.

Generate weekly/monthly billing reports for management.
