Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of ecommerce platforms (website & marketplaces).
  • Create and optimize product listings (title, description, keywords, images).
  • Handle cataloguing, pricing updates, and inventory management.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams.
  • Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
  • Run promotions, deals, and discount campaigns.
  • Track marketplace performance (traffic, sales, conversion rates).
  • Coordinate with marketing team for ads and campaigns.
  • Ensure all listings follow platform guidelines and policies.
  • Handle customer queries and maintain seller ratings.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of ecommerce marketplaces and seller panels.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
  • Understanding of SEO for product listings.
  • Product selection
