Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
· Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
· Hire for real estate sales, operations, and support functions.
· Build a strong talent pipeline and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
HR Operations (20%)
· Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
· Manage attendance, leave, and HR compliance.
· Coordinate payroll inputs with attendance and leave data.
· Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
· Drive employee engagement initiatives and support retention strategies.
· Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
· Support performance management, probation reviews, and appraisal processes.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔️ Strong organizational and coordination abilities
✔️ Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
