Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. The TA partner will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the organizations hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment and a passion for helping build strong, diverse teams that align with our company culture.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, monitor market trends to adapt to changes.

Own the entire recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding - utilize various recruiting methods (social media, career fairs, campus and employee referrals)

Work closely with hiring managers to understand the need, share market intelligence and align on the most optimum way forward

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs

Effectively manage candidate engagement throughout the process - thus ensuring a

transparent and seamless experience

Maintain relevant data and be on top of key recruitment metrics

Desired Profile

2-7 years experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally handling Sales hiring

Must have very good communication skills

MBA Preferred
