Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 Per Month (Based on experience)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Fixed Day Shift)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Fixed Off)

Quick Policy is a rapidly growing insurance broking firm in India. As we aggressively scale our sales operations in Noida, we are looking for a sharp, driven HR Professional who can lead talent acquisition and manage day-to-day office operations.
🎯 Role Overview
Your primary mission will be Bulk/Volume Hiring for our sales teams (Relationship Managers). You must have a strong network, excellent screening skills, and the capability to onboard high-performing sales candidates quickly to meet business targets.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates for Sales/Insurance profiles.
Portal Management: Utilizing job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Shine), LinkedIn, social media, and local consultancies to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
Headcount Planning: Coordinating with Department Heads to understand hiring demands and filling vacancies within tight deadlines.
Onboarding & Documentation: Managing the joining formalities, collecting documents, creating employee files, and conducting company inductions.
Employee Engagement: Organizing basic office activities and managing day-to-day employee queries to maintain a positive office culture.

🎓 Requirements

Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. High negotiation ability and judgment to pick the right candidates.
Target-Oriented: Ability to handle pressure and deliver numbers in a high-volume recruitment setup.
