Employee Experience Analyst

Role Description:

The Employee Experience Analyst will support the design and execution of initiatives that enhance the employee experience across the employee lifecycle. The role will focus on driving data-backed experience improvements, managing HR query resolution through AI-led tools, supporting engagement and performance initiatives, and contributing to a seamless employee experience across all HR touchpoints.

  • Employee Experience Operations & Program Support
    • Assist in executing employee experience initiatives from onboarding to exit.

    • Support engagement, satisfaction, and retention programs aligned with business needs.

    • Ensure smooth HR touchpoints through timely coordination, communication, and issue resolution. 

    • Maintain and update employee experience trackers, dashboards, and documentation.

  • Partnership with HRBPs and Talent Management 
    • Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Management teams to support talent and engagement programs.

    • Assist with recognition initiatives, career development activities, and survey follow‑ups

    • Help track program outcomes and prepare reports for leadership review.

  • Performance Management Cycle Support
    • Support operational readiness for goal-setting, mid-year, and annual reviews. Coordinate communications, timelines, FAQs, and employee assistance during cycles.

    • Assist in collating performance cycle queries, FAQs, and cycle dashboards.

  • AI Chatbot & HR Query Management Support
    • Assist in managing daily HR query resolution using AI-powered chatbot tools

    • Monitor bot accuracy, chatbot content, and query responses

    • Escalate issues and track first-time resolution (FTR), TAT, and CSAT metrics

    • Analyze chatbot interaction data to identify improvement opportunities.

  • Engagement, Feedback & Retention Insights
    • Support execution of pulse surveys, eNPS, and action planning activities.

    • Help track exit themes, feedback loops, and recurring patterns.

    • Prepare monthly/quarterly dashboards and insights for HR leadership.

  • Continuous Improvement & Analytics
    • Maintain HR experience SLAs, TAT reports, and service quality scorecards.

    • Analyze experience-related data, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.

    • Support automation and process improvement initiatives across HR Operations

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR. 
  • Good knowledge of HR policies and Performance Management Process
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and reports.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
