Job Description – Apprenticeship Role

Location: Gurgaon

Work Schedule: 6 days per week

About the Role

This apprenticeship gives you practical exposure to both site operations and finance in real estate. You will learn how facilities are managed, how costs are controlled, and how financial planning supports property management.

Eligibility

• Graduate / 3‑year Diploma Holders (completed within the last 3 years)
• MBA Graduates (completed within the last 5 years)
• No gaps between degrees

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit and support operations across different sites in the city
• Assist in day‑to‑day facility and financial management tasks
• Help prepare and maintain basic financial reports (expenses, budgets, invoices)
• Support in vendor billing and payment coordination
• Learn how real estate projects are costed and tracked
• Work closely with site teams to understand both operational and financial processes
• Ensure smooth communication between finance, operations, and supervisors
• Follow compliance and documentation standards
