This role will be closely aligned to understand how Sales, Quoting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Analytics & Segmentation teams delivers a high standard of service to customers.

 

What you will do                                                                             

You will get opportunity to understand how Colt pricing tools, price books, & discount rules can be leveraged to have consistent pricing.
Work with different teams such as Sales, Customer relationship Management, Analytics and Quoting to ensure high standard of service to customers.

 

What we’re looking for

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
• Passionate about Customer Interactions & building connections
• Good overall understanding of Sales, digital marketing landscape, analytics, social media & customer life cycle.
• Graduates from any discipline
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and open to developing new skills
