This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with both process and functional needs. The position also includes engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-tailored to organizational goals and operational efficiency. The role demands a thoughtful approach to bridging business objectives with technological advancements through detailed process design and documentation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to ensure clarity and usability.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to align process improvements with organizational strategy.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve business processes effectively.
- Experience in documenting complex workflows and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate process designs and facilitate discussions.
- Familiarity with process modeling tools and methodologies to support process architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Computer System Validation (CSV).
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
