Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting implementations.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in analyzing system performance and optimizing code for enhanced efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
