Guest Relationship Executive/ Front Desk Executive

Location: Gurugram

About the Role: Seeking a dynamic Guest Relationship Manager to deliver exceptional front desk services and create memorable experiences for our guests. This role serves as the first point of contact, ensuring professional and welcoming interactions that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and guest interactions with professionalism and warmth

  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

  • Uphold company standards for guest satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in front desk/guest relations role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Graduate or undergraduate degree in Hospitality Management

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated success in front desk or guest relations roles

  • Female candidates

Skills & Attributes

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Professional presence with authentic customer service orientation

  • Strong multitasking capabilities in dynamic environments

  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and follow-through

Position Details

Work Arrangement: 6-day work week
Compensation: INR 6.5 - 7 LPA
Start Date: Immediate joiners strongly preferred
