Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. This position emphasizes adopting a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous learning of emerging technologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and scalable software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to clarify requirements and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Nutanix Architecture.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and infrastructure design.
- Experience with system integration and deployment in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance across distributed systems.
- Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Nutanix Architecture.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
