Senior Project Manager - Digital Integration

Responsibilities: 

  We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager/Project Coordinator with 4–8 years of experience in coordinating and supporting project delivery from strategy till execution. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with a good understanding of project management methodologies. Experience as a Scrum Master or exposure to Agile ceremonies will be preferred. The candidate should should leverage modern tools along with AI-assisted workflows and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 
The candidate will work closely with project managers, Scrum teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as per defined quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:  
- Assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments 
- Coordinate project activities, resources, information, and timelines to ensure smooth project execution 
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items 
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation till closure 
- Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business objectives 
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and trackers 
- Support data-driven decision-making through project analytics 
- Maintain lessons learned repositories and conduct post-implementation reviews 
- Communicate effectively with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to provide regular project updates 
- Build and maintain RACI matrices for clear role delineation 
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution 
- Maintain and update RAID logs 
- Support Scrum-related activities such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives 
- Promote Agile principles and project management best practices within the team 
- Track sprint velocity, burn-down/burn-up charts, and team capacity 
- Support resource planning, allocation tracking, and coordination across project teams 
- Use Project Management and Agile tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps to track project and sprint performance 
- Assist in preparing project status reports, financial reports, budget trackers, and governance dashboards 
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, compliance requirements, and project management standards 
- Drive adoption of standardized project management practices across teams" 

Mandatory skill sets: 

- Demonstrable years of experience coordinating projects, including direct experience as a Scrum Master 

- Strong knowledge of traditional project management methodologies (Waterfall) and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) 

- Experience managing or coordinating multiple concurrent projects 

- Proficiency with Project Management  and Agile 

Preferred skill sets: 

-Experience with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps to track project and sprint performance. 

- Familiarity with prompting techniques in Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to enhance productivity and streamline activities, automated documentation, AI-assisted risk identification, and status report generation 

- Familiarity with BI and Reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Advanced Excel)
