Responsibilities: 

 
 
Proficiency in JS frameworks like React, Angular, etc.; In depth knowledge of React is a MUST 
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility 
Expertise in at least one server-side language like C# ,.NET Framework 
Knowledge of relevant back-end frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Django, Laravel) 
Experience with RESTful API design and development 
Proficiency in relational databases (SQL) 
Deep understanding of the presentation, business logic, and data access layers 
Ability to design and implement scalable N-tier architectures 
Good understanding of data vs metadata 
Version control systems (Git) 
Agile development methodologies 
 
Soft skills: 
 
Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders 
Mentor junior developers, guide project direction, and facilitate team collaboration 
Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively 
Analyze requirements, design solutions, and evaluate trade-offs 
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices 
 
Consulting & leadership skills: 
 
Lead the design and development of complex web applications using N-tier architecture 
Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers 
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements 
Optimize application performance and scalability 
Ensure security best practices are implemented throughout the development process 
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
