Job Title: L&D Coordinator

Location: Noida, India

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated L&D Coordinator to join our Learning and Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting workforce readiness for employees in the Ready for Allocation (RFA) group. This role focuses on tracking RFA readiness, identifying learning needs, delivering timely upskilling solutions, and ensuring professionalism and compliance while employees await client allocation. The position requires strong data analysis, process improvement, and execution skills to drive faster deployment and better employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day RFA operations, readiness tracking, and coordination with Resourcing and HR.
  • Analyze RFA data to identify trends, skill gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify training needs within RFA and recommend or deliver targeted learning solutions.
  • Design and manage upskilling programs to ensure employees remain client ready.
  • Create quick, just-in-time learning content to address immediate RFA concerns.
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and compliance within RFA through guidelines and structured sessions.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate manual or repetitive RFA processes.
  • Support engagement initiatives and a positive, accountable RFA experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Learning & Development, talent operations, or workforce readiness.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track data, identify trends, and derive insights.
  • Comfort working with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to conduct training need analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and meet deadlines.
