Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Business Compliance Manager (Information Security) 
In this role, you will be required to handle SOC1 & SOX linked financial controls for one of our key clients 
Responsibilities
1.    Business Compliance Manager role to handle SOC1 & SOX linked financial controls with relevant work experience
2.    Relevant years of hands-on internal & external audit experience in Internal controls over financial reporting (ICOFR), SOX
3.    Audit & implement SOX documentation, such as process narratives and risk and control matrices
4.    In-depth knowledge of SOX regulations, compliance requirements, and the COSO Internal Control Framework
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
•    Graduate (any stream)
•    Experience in drafting comprehensive risk-based control framework aligned to SOC 1 ICOFR controls
•    Exposure to leadership connects on compliance posture, getting management commitment
•    Prepare & present an effective compliance dashboard for internal leaders and external stakeholders 
•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Solution oriented, ability to work within deadlines

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    CA is preferred with Big 4 audit firm experience in financial SOX audits
