Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to define and implement best practices for platform configuration and release management.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure and automation tools.
- Ability to design scalable and reliable system architectures.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Competence in monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing application performance.
