Summary:
As a Program/Project Management Representative, you will be responsible for delivering business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders, utilizing standard tools and methodologies to ensure that service level agreements are met, and monitoring project progress to achieve desired results. You will engage in discussions to identify challenges and develop solutions, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with organizational goals and client expectations.
