KPMG Delivery Network is currently seeking a Change Management Consultant (specialist / IC role) for the Human Capital Advisory (HCA) practice. The role will support client engagements across workforce transformation and technology-enabled transformation programs, delivering end-to-end Organizational Change Management (OCM) services.
•Support client delivery teams on the people, behavioral, cultural, process, and technology dimensions of large-scale transformations.•Contribute to workforce and operating model changes, including role redesign support, skills/capability shifts, new ways of working, and HR transformation initiatives.•Support change management for technology programs (e.g., ERP: SAP, Oracle, Workday, D365; ServiceNow; Salesforce; digital workplace; analytics; automation).•Assist with identifying and analyzing change impacts, assessing organizational readiness, and developing actionable change plans that mitigate risk and enable adoption.•Develop change deliverables (e.g., stakeholder maps, change impact assessments, readiness plans, communications, training materials, adoption metrics).•Apply established change frameworks and behavioral methods (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) to design and deliver change solutions.•Coordinate with business leaders, stakeholders, and program teams to align change activities with business objectives and delivery timelines.•Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by leveraging standard toolkits/templates and sharing lessons learned.•Help translate transformation objectives into a clear case for change, change vision, and adoption goals in collaboration with project leads.•Align change activities with program milestones, governance forums, and delivery cadence; maintain status reports and RAID items for assigned work packages.•Conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and segmentation, including persona mapping and impact profiling.•Support leadership alignment activities such as sponsor briefings, leadership action plans, and tracking of leadership engagement.•Coordinate change networks/champion communities (recruitment, onboarding, enablement, cadence management) to drive adoption at scale.•Execute Change Impact Assessments (CIA) across roles, processes, and technology; maintain impact logs and traceability to communications and training.•Support business readiness assessments, adoption tracking, and go-live readiness checkpoints; contribute to cutover and hyper care communications.•Develop and execute communication strategies and plans under guidance, including targeted messaging by stakeholder group/geography.•Create high-quality communication assets (leadership messages, email campaigns, intranet content, videos, and go-live materials).•Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and support role-based training strategies; develop training materials and coordinate train-the-trainer logistics.•Capture feedback, identify resistance points, and escalate change risks/issues with recommended mitigation options.Educational qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university required•Master’s degree or MBA preferred.•PROSCI or CCMP credential preferred.Work experience
•4–6 years of relevant experience in Organizational Change Management, Workforce Transformation, or Transformation Consulting.•Experience supporting large, complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs, preferably in global or matrixed environments.•Prior experience in consulting or professional services organizations preferred.Mandatory technical & functional skills•Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).•Demonstrated experience supporting stakeholder management, change impact assessment, and organizational readiness planning.•Ability to convert transformation objectives into actionable plans for assigned deliverables/workstreams.•Strong communication, facilitation, and client-facing skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholder groups.•Accountability and delivery orientation for assigned outcomes; ability to work independently with guidance.Experience Level
