Location: Mumbai/ Banaglore/ Gurgaon
📌 Role Overview
The L&D Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in enabling continuous learning and capability development across the analytics organization. This role ensures the smooth execution of learning programs, manages operational logistics, and supports data-driven decision-making to enhance workforce performance and engagement.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Delivery
- Manage end-to-end logistics for learning programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives.
- Maintain training calendars and communicate schedules across teams.
- Learning Systems & Tools
- Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS) and ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance tracking.
- Troubleshoot user issues and liaise with IT or vendors for resolution.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze learning metrics (e.g., participation, completion rates, feedback scores).
- Generate dashboards and insights to inform L&D strategy and ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with business units to understand skill gaps and align learning solutions.
- Support managers and team leads in identifying relevant learning paths for their teams.
- Process Improvement
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend enhancements to streamline L&D workflows.
- Maintain SOPs and documentation for all learning operations.
🧩 Qualifications & Experience
- Post graduation degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in L&D operations, preferably in a data-driven or analytics-focused organization.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Disprz, Workday).
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
