EDP Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible EDP Executive to manage and maintain digital records, ensure accurate data entry, and support day-to-day operations at our Maruti Suzuki True Value outlet. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update vehicle inventory records in the system
• Handle data entry related to sales, purchases, billing, and customer details
• Manage documentation for vehicle transactions and stock movement
• Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review
• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for data accuracy
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of documents (both digital & physical)
• Monitor system entries to avoid discrepancies or data errors
• Assist in billing and invoice generation when required
• Requirements & Skills:Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Familiarity with CRM or dealership software is an advantage
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of accounts/data handling preferred
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

Qualification:

Graduate or pursuing graduation (BBA/Commerce preferred)
