Job Description
Pre-Sales Manager (Telecom Experience Preferred-Female)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telecallers to drive lead generation and conversions
Handle pre-sales activities including customer interaction, follow-ups, and query resolution
Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met
Train, guide, and motivate the telecalling team
Maintain reports and track daily/weekly performance metrics
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead handover
Requirements:
-2 to 6 years of experience in pre-sales/telecom industry
-Prior experience in handling or supervising telecalling teams
-Strong communication and leadership skills
-Target-driven and result-oriented approach
Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)
