Insurance Sales Executive

Job Summary:

Shifting Gears is hiring Insurance Renewal Executives to manage and drive renewal of motor insurance policies. This role involves both fieldwork and office-based operations, including customer follow-ups, relationship management, and on-ground support for policy renewals.

Work Type:

50% Field Work: Meeting customers, collecting documents, assisting in renewals, visiting clients when required

50% Office Work: Calling customers, managing CRM, follow-ups, coordination with insurance partners

Key Responsibilities:

Contact existing customers for motor insurance renewals

• Visit customers when required for document collection and closure
• Maintain and follow up on renewal database (calls, WhatsApp, CRM)
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, and pricing
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance
• Ensure timely renewals and prevent policy lapses
• Generate leads and convert them into renewals
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and conversions
• Achieve monthly targets.

Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Assamese preferred)
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
• Sales mindset with strong follow-up ability
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
