Job Description

  • Field Executive – Job ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned locations/clients as per schedule for work execution
  • Collect payments, documents, or required information from customers
  • Handle field verification (address, KYC, customer details, etc.)
  • Maintain daily reports of visits, collections, and updates
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers/clients
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned field tasks
  • Coordinate with office team and update status regularly
  • Resolve basic customer queries during field visits
  • Follow company policies, compliance, and reporting structure
  • Travel within assigned area for official work
