Loan Executive

Job Summary:

Shifting Gears is hiring Refinance Executives to generate and manage vehicle loan refinance cases. The role involves a mix of fieldwork and office operations, including customer acquisition, document handling, and coordination with finance partners to ensure smooth loan processing.

Work Type:

50% Field Work: Meeting customers, collecting documents, identifying refinance opportunities, dealer/market visits

50% Office Work: Calling leads, follow-ups, CRM updates, coordination with banks/NBFCs

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for vehicle loan refinance
• Contact and follow up with existing and potential customers
• Visit customers for document collection and deal closure
• Explain refinance benefits, EMI restructuring, and loan options
• Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan processing and approvals
• Maintain and update customer data in CRM
• Ensure timely documentation and disbursal process
• Achieve monthly targets and conversion goals.

Requirements & Skills:

• Good communication and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of loans/finance (preferred but not mandatory)
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp)
• Sales-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Experience in finance/loan/insurance/telecalling is an advantage
• Freshers with strong interest in sales can apply
