Sales Executive

Job description:

Incltsrealty is looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Executive cum Telecaller who can handle client communication with professionalism and clarity. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on leads
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
• Maintain and update client database (CRM/Excel)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly
• Support the sales team in closing deals

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Assamese preferred)
• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking ability
• Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus
• Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools) with social media savvy.

Experience

• 3 years in telecalling, sales, real estate sales or customer handling
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
