Tally And Excel Expert

We are hiring a motivated candidate from a Commerce background to work on Tally service delivery, TDL implementation coordination, customer support, and business process understanding. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of accounting, GST, inventory, and business workflows, with an interest in software implementation.

• Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer business processes related to accounting, inventory, payroll, GST, and MIS.
• Coordinate and support TDL (Tally Definition Language) customization projects as per customer requirements.
• Gather client requirements and convert them into functional points for implementation.
• Assist in Tally setup, configuration, data migration, masters creation, and report customization.
• Provide training to customers on Tally features and customized solutions.
• Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.
• Test customized TDL solutions before deployment.
• Maintain proper project documentation and customer communication.
• Coordinate with developers/technical team for customization and issue resolution.
• Ensure timely delivery of services to customers.
• Required QualificationsB.Com / M.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of Tally Prime / Tally ERP
• Basic knowledge of GST, inventory, payroll, vouchers, reports
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Computer proficiency (Excel, Email, Documentation)
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Preferred SkillsExperience in Tally support or implementation
• Understanding of TDL customization process
• Ability to interact with business owners, accountants, and staff
• Project coordination skills
