Core Responsibilities

• Understanding Client Needs: Collaborating with client managers to define job requirements, essential skills, and company culture. 
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identifying potential talent through job portals (like Indeed), social networks (LinkedIn), and internal databases. 
• Screening & Evaluation: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and assessing candidates for technical skills and cultural fit. 
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between shortlisted candidates and client hiring teams, then managing the feedback loop. 
• Offer Negotiation: Acting as a neutral go-between to finalize salary, benefits, and start dates to satisfy both the client and the candidate. 
• Onboarding Support: Guiding successful hires through paperwork, background checks, and initial integration into the new role.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Essential for building rapport with candidates and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday or Greenhouse and online sourcing tools.
• Resilience & Time Management: Ability to handle high-volume requisitions, meet tight deadlines, and professionally manage candidate rejections.
• Negotiation Abilities: Strong skills in persuading and finding common ground during compensation discussions.
• Education: Usually requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology.
