Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls from patients or attendants in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Assist customers with doctor appointment bookings, rescheduling, and queries.
  • Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, and departments.
  • Record and update patient information accurately in the system.
  • Handle and resolve patient queries or escalate to the concerned team when required.
  • Ensure high-quality service and maintain patient satisfaction during every interaction.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain call logs.

 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Any Graduate / Intermediate
  • Experience: 0–3 year (Freshers encouraged to apply)
  • Language: Hindi, English & Telugu or Bengali (ANY THREE LANGUAGES)

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Empathetic and patient while handling healthcare-related calls
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM entry)
