Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Content Creation: Design and manage content across digital channels, ensuring a consistent brand message.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure and report the performance of campaigns against specific marketing goals (KPIs and ROI).
- Optimization: Utilize A/B testing and analytics to optimize the customer user experience, conversion funnels, and marketing spend.
- Audience Engagement: Build and maintain the company's social media presence to engage with followers and attract new customers. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Key Skills & Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs), and email software (e.g., Mailchimp).
- Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to extract insights from raw data and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
- Content & Copywriting: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling ad copy, emails, and landing page content.
- Trend Awareness: Up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
