Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR & Admin to manage recruitment processes and support various operational HR activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent while also assisting in day-to-day HR operations. This position requires a blend of strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a deep understanding of HR practices to support both recruitment and admin functions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Job Posting & Sourcing:
- Create and post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
- Utilize recruitment tools and databases to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening & Interviews:
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with the hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews (phone, video, and in-person) to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Offer Management:
- Coordinate with the hiring team to extend offers to be selected candidates.
- Prepare and negotiate offer letters, salary packages, and employment contracts.
- Onboarding:
- Assist in the preparation of onboarding materials, ensuring a smooth integration process for new hires.
- Facilitate the orientation program for new employees, ensuring they are informed of company policies, benefits, and procedures.
2. HR Operations & Administration
- Employee Records & Documentation:
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, discipline, decorum, dress code and files (digital and physical) as per legal and organizational requirements.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected for employee onboarding and compliance.
- Attendance & Leave Management:
- Monitor and track employee attendance, sick leave, vacations, and other absences.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s attendance policies and prepare reports as needed.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in the collection of data related to employee hours, overtime, and other payroll information.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including the filing of PT.
- Employee Queries & Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other operational matters.
- Provide assistance to employees on HR-related matters and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
3. Compliance & Policy Adherence
- HR Policies & Procedures:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies, SOPs and procedures to foster a positive work environment.
- Employee Engagement & Wellbeing:
- Support in the organization of employee engagement activities and initiatives aimed at improving employee satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with initiatives related to health, wellness, and overall employee morale.
4. Reporting & Analysis
- HR Metrics & Reports:
- Prepare HR-related reports, including recruitment statistics, attendance reports, SOPs and any other relevant data.
- Support in analysing HR data to identify trends, gaps, or areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Additional certifications in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or related fields. Experience in HR operations or employee relations is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRMS, ATS) and job boards.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in both recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and leave management systems.
- Experience working in a fast-growing or dynamic company environment.
Additional Information:
- Working Hours: 11am to 8pm
- Location: Work From office (Hyderabad)
