Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT & Non-IT)

Job Summary:Pricube Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand client requirements and draft effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.

• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and sourcing strategies.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in consultancy/staffing firms is an added advantage.
