Job Description
Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement for the growing team.
Recruitment & Hiring:
- Post job openings on job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- - Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- - Conduct initial HR screening calls
- - Follow up with candidates and collect documents
- - Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker
Onboarding & Documentation:
- Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
- - Complete joining formalities for new employees
- - Collect and verify employee documents
- - Create employee IDs and system access
- - Conduct new employee orientation
- - Maintain employee files and records
Attendance & Payroll Support:
- Track daily attendance and leaves
- - Maintain leave records and balance
- - Assist in monthly payroll processing
- - Handle attendance queries from employees
Employee Engagement:
- Organize team activities and celebrations
- - Handle employee queries and grievances
- - Assist in performance review process
- - Conduct exit interviews
- - Maintain positive work environment
HR Administration:
- Maintain HR policies and documents
- - Prepare HR reports and MIS
- - Handle employee communication
- - Coordinate with accounts for salary processing
- - Manage HR software/HRMS
Requirements:
- 0-1 year experience in HR/recruitment
- - MBA/BBA in HR or related field preferred
- - Good communication skills (English + Hindi)
- - Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
- - Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn)
- - Basic knowledge of labor laws is a plus
- - Organized and detail-oriented
- - Ability to maintain confidentiality
- - Friendly and approachable personality
Good to Have:
- Experience with HRMS software
- - Knowledge of payroll processing
- - Certification in HR
