Human Resource Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Manager to lead and manage all HR functions in our organization. The role includes handling recruitment, payroll, employee performance, training, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process and help hire the right candidates
• Organize training and onboarding for new employees
• Conduct employee performance reviews and assessments
• Ensure all HR records, documents, and reports are up to date
• Oversee attendance tracking and take action on late arrivals or ID card violations
• Handle salary deductions as per company policies
• Update and manage the employee budget master sheet
• Maintain and improve the employee Performance Management System (PMS)
• Monitor employee behaviour and support a positive work environment
• Prepare offer letters and appointment letters
• Create monthly salary sheets and process payroll
• Ensure timely payment and filing of PF (Provident Fund), ESI (Employee State Insurance), and Professional Tax (PT)
• Work on employee retention and engagement strategies
• Manage employee gratuity records and process as needed
• Coordinate with different teams and departments to resolve HR issues

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll, HR policies and labour laws
• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to multitask and handle confidential information responsibly

Education Qualifications & Experience:

• MBA – HR
• 10+ years of Experience, Preferably in a managerial role.
