Job Title: HR Executive (Operations & Payroll)Experience: 1 – 3 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Employment Type: Full-time
Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage HR operations including recruitment, administration, employee coordination, and payroll processing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR activities and the ability to handle day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Source and screen candidates through job portals and internal databases
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Ensure proper HR compliance and documentation
Payroll & Salary Processing
- Assist in monthly payroll processing
- Maintain employee salary records and attendance inputs
- Coordinate with accounts team for salary disbursement
- Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory related documentation
Employee Coordination
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll
- Maintain discipline and employee engagement activities
- Support management in HR-related operations
- Required SkillsBasic knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and payroll
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Preferred Candidate Profile1 to 3 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Payroll
- Experience in staffing, consultancy, or corporate HR is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
