Job Description: Assistant Soft Services Manager
Position Overview
Supports the delivery and management of soft services operations ensuring quality standards, vendor compliance, and customer satisfaction across assigned facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight
- Supervise daily soft services including housekeeping, horticulture, pest control, and cleaning equipment maintenance
- Ensure operational efficiency and service continuity
Vendor and Contract Management
- Monitor vendor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure compliance with contracted services and deliverables
Quality and Compliance
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleaning standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Staff Management & Training
- Schedule staff and manage personnel to achieve key performance indicators
- Ensure proper grooming and etiquette standards
- Conduct training programs for service staff
Customer Service
- Act as liaison between clients and vendors
- Gather feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Address occupant concerns and service requests
Administrative and Financial Duties
- Manage inventory of consumables and supplies
- Process vendor invoices and track expenses
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and documentation
Required Qualifications
Education: Any Degree or Diploma
Preferred: Hotel Management qualification would be an added advantage
Experience: 4 to 5 years in facility management or soft services operations
Skills: Strong coordination, vendor management, customer service, MS Office proficiency, knowledge of health and safety standards
Position Details
Shift Timings: Rotational 3-shift schedule
- Morning: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
- Night: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Work Schedule: 6 days per week
Compensation: INR 5.5 to 7 Lakhs per annum (INR 45,000 - 50,000 per month)
Gender Preference: Male candidates
Notice Period: Maximum 1 month
