Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Associate who can drive revenue growth by engaging with potential customers, understanding their career or hiring needs, and positioning QualScore as the right solution. This role requires strong communication skills, consultative selling ability, and a performance-driven mindset.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with inbound and outbound leads via calls, messages, and virtual meetings

• Understand candidate or employer requirements and explain the value of QualScore

• Convert qualified leads into paying customers

• Manage and update CRM data

• Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets

• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions

• Build long-term relationships with prospects and customers

Whom We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in sales/business development

• Excellent communication & persuasion skills

• Target-driven and self-motivated

• Comfortable working remotely

• Prior sales/edtech experience is a plus
