About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Commerce Lecturer to join our academic team. The candidate should have strong subject expertise in Commerce, Accounting, Business Studies, Economics, and related subjects, along with excellent teaching and mentoring abilities.

• Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lectures for undergraduate/intermediate commerce students.
• Teach subjects such as:
• Financial Accounting
• Business Studies
• Economics
• Taxation
• Cost Accounting
• Business Law
• Prepare lesson plans, assignments, question papers, and study materials.
• Conduct classroom assessments, internal exams, and student evaluations.
• Mentor students for academic excellence and career guidance.
• Maintain attendance records and academic documentation.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, faculty meetings, and college activities.
• Support curriculum development and academic planning.
• Use digital teaching tools and modern classroom methodologies.
• Eligibility Criteria Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) mandatory.
• NET / SET / Ph.D. preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of teaching experience in Degree/Junior College.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
• Knowledge of university/board syllabus and examination patterns.
• Preferred Skills Student-focused teaching approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching platforms.
• Ability to simplify complex commerce concepts.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
