Construction / Site Supervisor

PROINFRACOMPANY is looking for a Painting Site Supervisor to manage residential, commercial, apartment, villa, and institutional painting projects. The role is responsible for site execution, painter productivity, quality control, material management, client coordination, and timely completion of projects.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily painting activities at project sites.
• Deploy and manage painters, helpers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper surface preparation, putty, primer, and paint application as per specifications.
• Conduct site measurements and verify paintable areas.
• Monitor painter productivity and daily output.
• Ensure adherence to approved painting systems and manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain material consumption records and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with clients, apartment associations, builders, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure defect-free delivery.
• Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) with manpower and work status.
• Coordinate snag rectification and project handover.
• Ensure safety practices and housekeeping standards at site.
• Support billing measurements and work completion certification.
• Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of interior and exterior painting works.
• Understanding of putty, primer, emulsion, enamel, texture, waterproofing, and protective coatings.
• Ability to calculate paint coverage and material requirements.
• Knowledge of site measurements and quantity estimation.
• Strong labour and subcontractor management skills.
• Good communication and client handling ability.
• Basic Excel and mobile reporting skills.
• QualificationITI / Diploma / Any Graduate.
• 2–5 years of experience in painting project supervision.
