Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your goal is to build strong, long-lasting relationships by providing excellent support, resolving issues promptly, and keeping our customers engaged with our services.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship Management: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails to address customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Lead Management: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up on and nurtured effectively.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction scores (CSAT).
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company products/services to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations to clients.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team to help improve service quality.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Graduate in any stream (Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred).
  • Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, telecalling, or a relationship management role.
  • Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (or the local language relevant to your region).
  • Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and experience with CRM software is a plus.

Soft Skills: Strong listening skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
