Hiring: VKYC Executive (On-Role) – mPokket Process

✅ On-Role Job

✅ Kannada Fluency Mandatory

Job Role:

  • Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) calls with customers.
  • Verify customer documents and identity.
  • Update verification details in the system.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Kannada.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Experience in KYC/Customer Service is a plus.
