Role Info:

In this role you will be responsible to Counsel working professionals and students to upskill and leverage from Online learning to accelerate their career growth. This is an individual contributor role in a target oriented environment that emphasizes on spreading the unique and flexible way of learning opportunities available from top institutes and universities. Aspirants require a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Academic /Career Counselling, Edtech Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales.  Need desire to work in startup kind of environment.

Responsibilities

• To Provide one on one counselling and career guidance to prospective candidates.
• Understand Customer profiles, interests and explain the learning opportunities available to upskill and upgrade through a structured Counselling. 
• To be able to guide and inform on enquired products / services and Handle queries.
• Learn/Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, market understanding and other desired skills regularly to excel in the desired position.
• Create prospects pipeline through cold calling and other available sources.
• Should be Admissions Target driven with a problem-solving approach.

Desired Skills:

• Any Graduate / Post graduate degree
• Have good communication skills in English and telephone etiquette.
• Good Listening and presentation skills. Should be persistent
• Knowledge on Inside sales, Direct Sales , Career Counselling or Academic Counselling.
• Knowledge on Lead Generation, Prospecting , Cold Calling from various sources.
• Exposure to Social media and CRM would be plus with good computer interface.
