Job Description: Facility Executive-Technical

 

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Operations Management

You will serve as the technical point of contact, maintaining oversight of operating and utilities costs. Working alongside the facility manager, you'll monitor invoices for technical services and ensure contractor maintenance practices align with manufacturer recommendations and our preventive maintenance standards.

Your scope includes overseeing repair and maintenance of cooling and heating systems, plumbing and water supply, electrical systems, lighting fixtures, and other critical equipment. You'll conduct routine inspections, maintain inventory records, and ensure comprehensive documentation of all systems. Additionally, you'll manage ITES-enabled operations and oversee all low-side critical equipment.

Leadership and Coordination

This role demands strong leadership to ensure seamless daily operations. You'll supervise electricians and their work scope while collaborating closely with stakeholders across all levels—superiors, peers, and subordinates. You will report directly to the Assistant Facility Manager.

You'll act as the primary liaison with vendors for all maintenance services and produce regular reports monitoring maintenance activities, including daily and weekly summaries.

Required Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate Engineer (BE/BTech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electro-Mechanical)
• Diploma Engineer in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required

• Graduate Engineers: Minimum 3 years in Facility Management/Technical Executive roles
• Diploma Holders: Minimum 4 years in Facility Management

Technical Expertise

• Strong working knowledge of building maintenance policies, facilities management, and people management
• Proven expertise in carpentry, electrical systems, plumbing, and general property management principles and techniques
• Experience with ITES-enabled operations and management of low-side critical equipment

Designation: Shift Engineer/Facility Executive – Technical/Assistant Facility Manager (AFM Assistant)/Facility Manager

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timings: Rotational
• Work Schedule: 6 days per week

 

Notice Period: Immediate joiner or 1 month
