Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – AI-Powered Lead Generation

Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Inside Sales Executives with a strong background in lead generation and digital prospecting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience using advanced lead generation tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Bark, and other AI-enabled or no-code platforms.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and qualify leads using AI-powered tools and digital platforms



Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Bark, and similar tools for prospecting and outreach



Build targeted prospect lists based on business requirements



Engage with potential clients through personalized outreach, follow-ups, and automated communication sequences



Analyze lead data, customer behavior, and campaign performance using AI-driven insights



Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies



Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, automation, and no-code sales tools



Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems




Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification:



Graduation in BBA, MBA (Marketing/Operations), B.Tech, or related fields



Experience:



Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales or Lead Generation



Hands-on experience with LinkedIn-based lead generation is mandatory



Technical Skills:



Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Bark, or similar prospecting tools



Basic understanding of AI-powered sales and automation tools



Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management processes



Soft Skills:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills



Analytical and problem-solving mindset



Ability to work in a target-driven environment



Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies and tools
