As a Lead GRC Engineer – Governance, you will serve as a subject‑matter expert within Micron’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization, with primary responsibility for governance‑focused security programs. This role leads and oversees global information security policies, managing customer trust center, metrics design, reporting, dashboard design for executive reporting, and continuous compliance alignment with global security standards.

You will partner closely with Security Engineering, IT, Product, BISOs, Legal, Privacy, Internal Audit, and external auditors to ensure strong governance, audit readiness, and risk‑based decision‑making across the enterprise. The role also contributes to AI‑enabled GRC automation initiatives, helping scale governance processes while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and compliance rigor. You will coach and guide junior GRC staff and influence technical stakeholders to execute governance and remediation activities consistently and effectively.
