We're Hiring | Design Engineer – SPM (Special Purpose Machines)
Location: Balanagar, Hyderabad
Position: Design Engineer – SPM
Salary: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA
Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical) or Equivalent
Experience: 4–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Design Special Purpose Machines (SPM) using SolidWorks (2D & 3D).
* Develop innovative machine concepts independently.
* Perform material selection and standard component selection.
* Prepare machine, fixture, and jig designs.
* Apply GD&T principles in mechanical designs.
* Work with manufacturing and assembly teams.
* Support reverse engineering and instrumentation activities.
* Coordinate with robotic and manual welding processes.
* Ensure compliance with automotive standards.
Required Skills:
* Strong hands-on experience in SolidWorks (2D & 3D).
* Experience in SPM design, fixture design, and machine design.
* Knowledge of GD&T manufacturing processes and standard mechanical components.
* Basic understanding of PLCs and electrical systems.
* Knowledge of robotics, welding processes, and automotive standards.
* Ability to work independently and deliver quality designs.
